- Upper management has no problem with reducing benefits, regardless of feedback from employees. One of the selling points of working here was a hybrid work schedule, with only two days in office. Upper management is pushing through a change in policy where not only do employees have to come in an extra day, but everyone must come in on tuesdays and thursdays, whereas previously in-office days were at the employee's discretion. IT management has tried to find compromises, but upper management has not budged - Do not expect upper management to be receptive to feedback - More senior devs seem to be overworked - work life balance might not remain as you advance

In more recent years, the company was attempting to compete with industry giants that sacrificed employee wellbeing for a cheaper hand-to-mouth product. The pressure to perform at excellence numerous tasks simultaneously was out of hand. It felt like you were being squeezed. You went from being insurance agents to call center style environment which is not good for a sustainable work force.
