      People say free soup so if that’s a pro in your book, there ya go

      This company will leave you wondering if you ever made it out of grade school. Essentially, it is grown up kindergarten. The policies are from the dark ages; inflexible and unreasonable. If you’re fortunate enough to work for a competent person your experience may be different. But I assure you if so that person is going around the old antiquated rules njm has. The turnover rate is the way it is for a reason. People leave in the middle of training for a reason. Employees with 10..15.. 20 years of tenure are leaving for a reason. If you are truly desperate for work this may be a good place for a bit. But do not for a second think anyone of the upper folks or HR cares about you or your well being. Run far far away.

      Company has amazing benefits along with great salary! Co workers are amazing and can become family.

      Cons

      Never can take off. A lot of black out dates and timed to use the bathroom. Can’t get out of your cubicle often.
