Pros

Company is great. They make you feel like you’re a part of it as a whole. Bonus. Management is nice but likes things done a certain way.

Cons

Constant calls back to back, outdated systems, really hard to navigate at first.

Pros

Having health and dental insurance

Cons

Worst place to work at unless you enjoy feeling like a prisoner and/or treated like a child. The company doesn’t care about their employees. You have to bid to use PTO, it’s impossible to get time off, you have to ask permission for everything you want/need to do. They clock how much time you use a bathroom break. They micromanage so bad, it’s like they breath down your neck. There’s a lot of nepotism. Very poor management. They allow customers to yell and curse at you over the phone and you have to sit there and take it. Management will turn their back on you so fast. You get calls randomly pulled to be reviewed and scored every month, you have to be within your metrics and adherence otherwise you can be put on warning. They see everything on your computer screen during every phone call. They knit pick everything a rep does. I can go on and on. If you don’t have a good supervisor, it makes it even worse. My last supervisor didn’t have any knowledge. She put more duties on me than I should have been doing within my title. Supervisors that have been supervisors for a while should be with the times on procedures and have full knowledge. If you want to be miserable at work everyday, apply. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away from njm. There’s a reason that people keep leaving, who are good employees too. Just goes to show that njm doesn’t care about the revolving door. You get burnt out due to high call volume, lack of motivation to keep performing to exceed metrics, you’ll get a pat on the back and get nowhere. They expect you to be a robot. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders since leaving njm. Save yourself from the misery and put your mental health first.
