      Pros

      Benefits comparable to other companies. Decent amount of PTO. Friendly co-workers. Nice grounds. Clean building but needs updating. Ample parking.

      Cons

      Unmanageable and unreasonable work load. Significantly underpaid. Unnecessary stress. Changes that were needed a decade ago are now happening at breakneck speed and employees are struggling to keep up. Lack of leadership and technology.

      Savings plan and health benefits, coworkers, free oatmeal. I can't think of anymore pros. The place has really gone down hill.

      Cons

      Under qualified, over confident managers who abuse their power. Out of touch with reality. Don't you dare disagree with management. And don't think about making a mistake.
