Micromanagement, extremely high call volumes, managers that can’t lead properly, 30 minute lunches, extremely rude customers, very low pay, low probability of career advancement if you are a person of color, everyone is grasping at the first opportunity to pop up to get out of personal line, etc.

Switched at the last minute for us to come into the office 3 days a week. The pay is REALLY low and the raises they give you don’t make a difference. There is constant change when it comes to what work your doing or who else’s work your doing. There is no room for growth even though they tell you that you can move up & apply for different positions they still won’t consider you. Instead of hiring more people to do a job they will overload the team with responsibilities for no extra pay.
