Pros

Free soup. Usually a bit salty but hey it’s free.

Cons

Absolutely atrocious work environment. Poor management. No work life balance. Pay is horrible. There are much better places to choose from that values people more than this place. I’m at a new company now and it’s a night and day difference.

Pay, benefits, direct supervisors are generally nice/good people.

Cons

Limited remote work allowed. Upper management/HR policies. Njm use to offer pension, this is no longer offered. The annual bonus has been cut. Health insurance and annual raises are decreasing year over year company wide while work loads are increasing.
