Pros
The pros? It’s easy. It’s the normal things you have read. The benefits and 401k are easy answers. NJM can bring you in that way. The way they keep you? Several answers
Pre pandemic? Work hard you’ll get rewarded. I promise. If you go to work and work hard you’re will be able to move up the ranks and get noticed. Management does a great job at evaluating talent. Also the vast majority of people you meet here are extremely nice and friendly. Top to bottom it’s enjoyable to come into work.
But... the best way to judge any company is when the chips are down. COVID19 is the prime example of chips being down.
The company had done an excellent job with their resources accommodating employees AND customers alike with their unique situations. I’m so extremely privileged to work for a company that will do anything for their employees and their customers - they’re able to find that perfect medium.
The teams are able to hold daily meetings to bond with each other - were able to bond as a company, share ideas, and grow together during the most difficult times.
Management has done a terrific job, you can tell they put n lengthy hours to provide the employees such as myself resources to assist the customer. No one is biting the hand that feeds them.
Want to know the best way to judge a company? See how they act with the chips down. Today as I write this - you wouldn’t be able to tell the chips were down. I would recommend this company for many reasons but nothing more reliable than how it is during this pandemic.
