      Pros

      I've been at NJM for 5 years. Some days are better than others but all in all I like working there. If you work hard you'll be promoted. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Maybe some positions are worse than others.

      Heavy work load. Impatient customers.

      Pros

      NJM is a great company and really wants their employees/consumers to benefit in every way. My co-workers (even those who I'm not in contact with everyday) are all very generous and ready to work together to provide the best services. This is a good place to grow and get recognized for your hard work.

      I don't have anything negative to say.
