      Pros

      NJM is an excellent company to work for. An employee for many years I have always been grateful I walked through their doors. They provide the best environment for their employees, through honest leadership, open collaboration, diversity, focusing on the health and well being of it's employees, competitive pay, wonderful saving plans, benefits and many opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      salary, PTO and benefits plan however difficult to have PTO approved. nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor training program, Unsupportive management team, Excessive micromanaging, Unattainable goals and with no support in reaching them. When hired it is important to remember you are just a number, not part of a "team." It is easy to feel like you are walking on eggshells at all times which can really take a toll on your mental health. This company does not care about their employees, they just want someone there to answer the phone. stay away from this company if you can.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, good benefits and PTO plan, but no ability to actually utilize it.

      Cons

      Basically everything else. Unsupportive management, excessive micromanaging, unattainable goals and no support in reaching them. Rewards good staff by making them do others work. Little to no opportunity for advancement.
