      Pros

      The firm has the biggest clients in the industry. They do annual company outing in the Summer. Monthly birthday treats.

      Cons

      Low pay. Barely gives salary increase. Office politics. Alot of gossipers. Low company morale. Overwork their employees.

      They occasionally provided meals for all the departments.

      Cons

      The partners and leadership of the company were never reasonable of the work loads given and they never seem to help those who have asked for help.

      Pros

      very busy tax dept, a lot of repetitive work, tons of simple 1040s and small 1120 returns. No research required, merely inputting to tax software. Job security with many clients. To be partner, don't need any book of business, just a good attitude for biz mgmt. partners, so no marketing required.

      Cons

      Leadership in tax is lacking, certain partners work remote because of long drive so office guidance is non-existent. Not a great learning environment, partners take all the projects and credit. A lot of internal politics, partners not a cohesive team.
