Pros
It’s a job. They need people. Accept entry level, little to no experience in business management. Good place to learn the ins and outs of business management. Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
Cons
They lay on the work thick. Every thing is an emergency, people are soo overworked that there isn’t enough time to be proactive it’s just a constant putting out fires. Very standard raises - always 3-4% regardless If you earned or not. $500 annual holiday bonus. No structure. Very disorganized. A lot of favoritism so some partners favor some employees over others resulting in some teams having crazy unrealistic workload and other teams having light loads. The work should be disbursed based on client needs and teams capabilities. Still predominantly paper using company. High employee turnover and senior staff stays because they settle but most senior employees are unhappily employed a lot of good people not being used to their potential
