Cons

Can only work from home 2 days a week, and benefits could be better? Honestly, just matching a 401k with the size of the company would make a big difference.

NKSFB works hard to have events to show employees that they are valued and to give employees opportunities to get to know each other and management. NKSFB tries to provide a large annual family event like a theme park trip, monthly small birthday celebrations with treats, food trucks several times during the summer and opportunities to volunteer to help at charities like the food bank. Some departments are able to offer flexible start times and alternative work schedules like working four ten hour days per week. NKSFB also has annual performance reviews to give employees feedback and potential annual wage increases.

Cons

HR can be slow to respond, but NKSFB has implemented a new tracking system to help track and prioritize requests from employees.
