NKSFB provides stability and opportunity, and they are generally receptive to employee feedback on workload

Cons

NKSFB is very old-fashioned in that they discourage remote work and probably would not hop onto the 4-day work week bandwagon for a while. The employee turnover rate is relatively fast, but still, it's an alright place to work... especially if your focus is in the business management industry
