Pros
Easy going - but I was lucky to work in the most easy going department. Other are worse. Optional 4 day work week in Audit. Flexible. No overtime. Beautiful, modern, new office - even won an office award. Most staff is fun and friendly. Lots of happy hours. Great city location. Nice management.
Cons
Pay is low. No financial audits, some audits are too specialized making it difficult to move to other companies. CPA is irrelevant in audit. Some gossiping and backstabbing. Entertainment industry focus, unless you like that. High turnover. Horrible training for new staff. Not a 'real' CPA firm.
