Pay was decent as were benefits. Technical jobs were challenging

Cons

Culture was very resistant to change and executive management at that time gave lip service to using tools and methods to change it. Very much top down command and control management methods as opposed to culture of decentralized command and employee engagement and ownership. Speaking the truth was seen as a negative sometimes. Culture and expectations start at the top.

Plenty of overtime and work available. Opportunities to learn new skills. The money is there to be made for sure.

Cons

Terrible scheduling and upper management has a problem with how they communicate with lower workers. They can also come off very disrespectful.
