Quite a horizontal management structure in headquarters. Top people are ready to talk and listen to employees and know all the details of their job. Nobody lets himself to not know the domain.

Cons

Poor IT development culture. If you're a person who wants to grow your expertise using company knowledge it's not the right place. If you're ready to transform an organization you'll get a good chance here.

Everything else. Scheming, lying, manipulative management and absolutely no real regard for safety or employees health.
