7yThank you for your feedback, here are just a few facts to help: from 2016 through 2018, the turnover rate has dropped each year. We are now at an industry average turnover rate as many of our employees enjoy working for NLMK. We also should point out that our numbers are actually lower than the turnover indicated above and some of the hiring has been to grow our staff overall.
In terms of the working conditions, maintenance and engineering are trades that will typically work longer weeks due to the nature of the work. We recognize this and that’s why we offer great compensation and benefits packages. Overall, NLMK is a great place to work.
