Pros

The Sharon Coating branch is a very clean mill to work at. I get along with everyone. Its pretty simple to stay in the foremans good graces. Come to work do your job and go home. Benefits are better than any place i have worked. 90/10 is amazing coverage. Liz in the Hr department is very helpful with anything you need. Lots of overtime if you want it and you can pretty much train on any job you want to learn. Most of the foreman are great to work with and understanding.

Cons

Wish there was a Milwright / Maintenance apprenticeship. Also would be nice to have profit sharing checks.
