Pros

Fellow teachers are great and fill in gaps where support is missing from district and admin

Cons

Lack of support for charter schools, micromanaging of curriculum but with little follow-through or support, extremely little racial awareness with no opportunities for employees to be educated in this area. Total failure to plan things in advance-- instead the district drops half-baked new plans on us when it is too late.

Poor management, BULLYING BY STAFF and lack of staff

Pros

Gets PTO/vacation days. Holidays and paid twice a month ( 10th & 25th)

Cons

Lack of management skills. Wont help staff when short handed. To many over paid top dog and very low paid, doing work for 3 paid for 1. Staff gets bullied by other staff and no one take it seriously. When bring a problem up to supervisors, they dont care.
