Pros

NMB is a really cool place to work, everyone is very professional and the managment seems to really care about there employees. The salary is excellent and benefits are very fair. For a large company everyone is very personable. I really love it.

Cons

In the past year the old president of our company retired which has been a hard transition. He was the best leader a company could ever have. With the new president, there is new managment and a lot of the employees that made it such a great place are leaving(getting fired). It has made it a lot less awesome but still better than any other job I have had.
