A long time to be away from home. 2 week on / 2 week off schedule, 12 hours a day, 14 days in a row. No payed time off / sick time.

NMS Use to be a really great company to work no doubt. Now it's gone way downhill, the managers are out of control and upper management don't seem to care about it. Theirs sever favoritism unlike I've ever seen before friends/family/associates in management or supervisor positions. People I've witness are being treated so poorly or intimated by supervisors or management including myself. No reasonable pay raises and are rare if any, including bonuses, gift cards, etc. No matter how many yrs you've worked for NMS. This is In certain work locations, and if any pay raise maybe 10-20 cent within many years. Thiers really no safety measures intact in certain locations no communication within management they ignore or to good to talk. Most of the time you carry others workload and their not even corrected for not doing their work part. Its defiantly a contiguous on going situation yet nothing changes.
