Pros

Professional helpful and friendly co-workers, nice environment (Szépvölgyi út). Challenging tasks, independence.

Cons

The management is awful, they don't know how to deal with this company... There is absolutely NO long-term carrier plan for the employers! Agile transformation failed, strict processes with less people.

Good team, awesome workplace, good salary, somewhat interesting project

Cons

The company treat people as numbers without any humanity - this is not what it used to be a few years ago. No future for the company.
