Pros

I am part of a great team, so I appreciate the people that I work with. Decent bonuses.

Cons

I am likely underpaid. There is no more 401k matching. Lots of layoffs recently. Upper management does not like people working from home during pandemic, even though 90% of my job can be done from home.
