I worked for a team out in Anderson, TX. I'm still very much an entry level candidate and they were willing to take me on and train me up. The team I worked under had good leadership values which emphasized a good work life balance. Coworkers were friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
The oil and gas industry is known for being a roller coaster. When gas prices tanked, I was layed off. Its a volatile soul sucking industry. The Cons are more for oil and gas and not necessarily reflective of the company.
Everyone treats you like family. They are all so respective and very helpful. Management is very flexible and will work with you no matter what situation you're in. They help you find other jobs within the company if that's what you want.
Cons
Salary is a little less than what I was hoping for.
