      Pros

      Compensation was always fair, some management very good. Great safety department.

      Cons

      Unable to take earned vacation days due to staffing issues. Situation resolved by higher management. Too much work for the staff available. No attempt made to retain me after ~10 years of high performance (lay offs due to negative oil prices).

      Pros

      Great supervisor help, great camaraderie among co workers. Everyone willing to help each other out in almost any situation. Pay and Benefits are really great. I was in Fluids Control as a Sr. Drilling Fluids Engr. and was the best experience I ever experienced. Laid off due to low oil prices and rigs going down but, hope to get employed back with NOV in the near future.

      Cons

      A lot of paper work and red tape to keep up with. It would be nice to have that trimmed down a bit. To much takes away from doing whats more important and thats caring for the customer and the real job at hand.
