IT infrastructure is solid. the company invests a lot in that. Salaries are never late. but both those pros are nothing really... nearly all companies have the same. Work life balance is good though, maybe that would be the only pro i could say

i have been working 7 years in NOV. i have Engineering BSC. Engineering MSC and an MBA. both 2nd and 3rd degree taken within those 7 years and no pay raise has ever happened. in those 7 years took bonus only twice, the other 5 years were canceled. there is no way to grow inside the company, as a new joiner you can negotiate your salary and get what you want, but once you are in you are doomed with very minimum salary raises such as 5% of basic every 3-4 years. no bonus and always upgraded responsibilities without matching compensation
