      Pros

      Very good benefits, company outings and good family / work balance. Nice opportunity for continuing education and training.

      Cons

      Management does not enforce any policies. The ones who don't care and cause problems are allowed to continue this behavior with no consequence and sometimes they are promoted! No kidding. Makes it frustrating to those who care and are trying to do their jobs and move up the ladder (a small ladder).

      Pros

      NOV is a company who invests in it's employees training and advancement. Keeps advancing with new technologies and improves on the older proven technologies to keep a good financial position in the industry. It's business model is excellent.

      Cons

      The salaries lag behind others in the same field. Needs to move more to a field service company in some of it's products to help diversify in the industry.
