      Plenty of opportunity with this organization. All dependent on what you put into it, with the advances in technology in the industry, the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      Organization is growing rapidly, with acquisitions in the attempt to keep up with the industry, this will take time to resolve and get on the same page and same direction.

      - You will develop skills that you didn't have when you started. - many business units to transfer or promote into - managers are available for support

      Cons

      - large company that you might never be seen by uppity manager - acquisition company so your location may not be on same erp as your other business partners - business processes may not be documented for newly acquired companies

      Pros

      Good insurance and benefits. Good 401k with matching from the company. Lots of OT if you like working a lot.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Pour pay with shitty raises. Understaffed. Hostile work environment with coworkers that have shitty attitudes. To much OT with to little pay. No life outside of work.
