      Managers cannot work. They are here for donkey years not because they can work but because they know how to suck it up to the management. Manager bullying their subordinates. When you voice out your ideas, you are being marked and they make sure your life there will suffer. Don’t bother flagging it up to HR because they protect the managers. NOV itself is a good company but unfortunately run by expats clowns in Singapore team. In short, those who can work gets marked and bullied by the insecure managers. Those who cannot work but know how to bootlick the managers will live a long life there. No yearly increment and bonus also. Only AWS.
