Pros
Good social working invironment. I believe it is easy to get higher managing positions when things are going very well.
Cons
Bad bad managers, bad training or none at all, no structures and strategies. Old and hardly functional erp systems. Due to previous lack of structure and planning in the company you spend a lot time fixing mistakes and wrongfully available information. There is not much collaboration between departments, which leads most people to care about nothing but themselves and their own tasks. NOV are deviding their departments into smaller sections of people doing fewer tasks, making your work field small and monotonous.
