      -Excellent work/life balance (depending on manager I'm sure, mine was awesome) -Knowledgeable management -Relatively good job security for the industry

      Cons

      Don't seem to be willing/able to compete to keep strong employees. A lot of competitors/customers are able to offer a higher salary and/or remote work flexibility to the high performers they see, leaving the company a little encumbered by weaker performers they are left with. The result is lowered quality of products produced. I hope they can reverse this. I was frustrated with how much of my and my manager's jobs boiled down to redoing others' work or picking up slack. They pay 10 low quality people to do the work that should really only require 2 high quality people
