Cons

Being an international company, you have to work on different time zones and coordinate with different sides well before time is lost.

so much room to develop into the role you want, and NOV does so much in the oil industry you would need 100years to work in all the product lines. NOV is driven to be the best and achive and they have been good to me over the years. i have had some wonderful experiances and projects within the company and wouldnt change a thing

Cons

It is a very big company.... sometimes it can be difficult to get to talk to the right person when you need help. somtimes the BIG company isnt the best place to be creatvie and develop ideas quickly.
