      Pros

      Work schedule was very flexible as long as you got your work done. The pay and benefits were nice too.

      Cons

      I started as a junior engineer but it quickly turned into a stagnant position. Most of the engineering work was done overseas and my position dried up completely. I only worked on a handful of projects over the 3.5 years and was usually tasked with busy work.
