      A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

      Learned the benefit of teamwork and also what happens when that teamwork disintegrates.

      Cons

      No support from Upper Management. No support AT ALL from HR! They are all a joke! You are left to fend for yourself in most situations which includes training yourself when/if ever needed. Everything is based on who can BS the best rather than on true talent and experience. Pay raises are few and far between! It's all about who you know to get that very allusive "pat on the back" unless you are really good at the aforementioned skill at BS.

      While employed at NOV Tuboscope, I have endured a horrible experience. I was discriminated against and bullied. HR was notified several times, screenshots and recordings were gathered as evidence and still nothing done. But, in return they played into the bullying by pushing me out.
