      Paychecks are every two weeks

      Cons

      Be prepared to feel like a slave if working for NOV. Hours are long and compensation is low. Salaried workers are expected to carry the workload of at least 3 to 4 people so the company can be more profitable. Hourly workers are not always given sufficient notice about hours they are required to work (i.e. you may find out you have to work a weekend on Friday and will be written up if you don't cancel plans and comply.)

      Benefits, flexible schedule and overall desire to survive.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, fear to make decisions due to constand changes and management without guidance. One company, many solutions because internal operations are as many companies.

      Pros

      Decent starting rate, the work really isn't that hard, good co workers, sometimes there are incentives and perks. Weighing the good and bad, good slightly out weighs.

      Cons

      Wage freeze. No money for raises, but there is money for new company trucks and gas cards for management. Long hours. Good guys finish last here. Lie, cheat, and manipulate your way to the top, and you'll get a pat on the back every step of the way.
