Yearly allowances or salary raises are limited; if your compensation is low, it may remain stagnant or increases may be minimal (often less than 20%) and require long-term negotiation. Salaries are low compared to international standards for similar roles in Saudi Arabia. Benefits are not applied equally; there seems to be a difference in treatment between Saudi and non-Saudi employees. Salary structures vary across business units even for the same position. HR management is disorganized and unhelpful, making internal processes frustrating.
