      Many opportunites to shine, but upper managment has to be looking.

      Pros

      The company was great about new ideas and implementing new equipment. Management was very good about listening to employee's concerns on safety and process improvement. Many opportunities to shine.

      Cons

      The Oil Industry goes up and down too much. Also Upper Management has an inner circle. it's hard for them to understand the daily tasks of lower employees and they make decisions based on their perspective.

      Pros

      Before the oil crash there was tons of overtime. Good money to be made. They provide paid training with certifications. Company tools and vehicle provided.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. It's not a what you know but who you know. Work every holiday. Be on call 24/7 365. Only 14 days off a year.

      It was very good company to work for, employees worked very well together, Met a lot of good people in various positions within the company.

      Cons

      Their layoff of employees that worked their for many years were improperly handled, its as if you never existed and were escorted out like you never belonged.
