      Pros

      Laid back environment and coffee is available.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip. Lots of clicks. Managers are horrible and are ruining the company name. No urgency to be great. Mediocrity is the best to attain here. The figure itself out mentality is kin to I don't care. Communication and working with the shop is horrible here. Engr Dept let's the shop run the show. No team players here.

      Pros

      Good People, great safety team, and the employees embrace "the suck" as a team. This place could be great but it's definitely lacking great leadership and direction.

      Cons

      Employees are left in the dark regarding management decisions. Employees (some) are asked to take on additional task without any extra compensation, this has been going on for about three years. Only the knowledgeable, hardworking employees are tasked with additional responsibilities, there are many that do their one job as required. The management treats staff like minions.

      Pros

      Can develop good working relationships with coworkers. Interesting work. Can learn a lot on your own time, though very little formal training.

      Cons

      Management is a "good old boys" empire. Managers can be horrible to employees for no reason, and are given a pass by the highest management. Managers pretend to listen to employees and to have an open door policy, but this is a front. Coworkers bond together because the work environment is so exasperating. Departments do not coordinate or communicate, so instructions to employees conflict. Very difficult working environment. No career advancement. Poor communication.
