      Pros

      Great Benefits, people mind their own business and leave you alone for the most part. Manager is weird and full of themselves of course, but don't really have time for anyone or anything.

      Cons

      Low Pay, I was expecting salary and I am an hourly employee under $17 per hour, college graduate. I am learning what to ask in interviews. I really needed the job but still looking.

      Pros

      Easy job. Shop personnel are great to work with. Excellent sales team. Field work and minimal travel are a plus, varying work sites can make for a dynamic experience.

      Cons

      Employer fails to keep promises made during interviews. Management creates a hostile/excessively competitive work environment. Almost no actual engineering required for position responsibilities. Manufacturing is excessively behind schedule, it creates numerous difficulties with customers and directly affects customer relationships in a negative way.

      Good benefits, very laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      change is impossible, management doesn't manage and won't get involved when needed, leadership is a poster and catch phrase rather than practiced. If you are happy to sit back and collect a pay check and do the minimum without making waves you'll fit in perfectly
