It is a job. They do not lay off much. Decent training opportunities.

The job was misrepresented during the interview. I was lured away from a decent job to come to this company. I was asked to sign a one sided contract in order to accept the job. Of course, I did not see the contract until I had resigned from my previous employer and worked at NOV for a week. Classic bait and switch. Beware! Below averege wages. No personal time off unless using your 10 days of vacation time. "Every man for themselves" style of management. 30+ hour shifts. Limited overtime and
