      Pros

      Amazing benefits, easy commute from home, and occassionally company will pay for lunch

      Cons

      Promotions don't seem to be based on qualifications but more on age of person, a lot of "good ole boy" club happenings, coordination and communication between workers and management, and M-F 12 hour shifts and every other Saturday for at least 6 hours

      It is a job. You literally can be a completely non-productive employee and keep your job.

      Cons

      Salary is not equal among similar positions within the company. Management can be paid less than all the employees that report to the Manager. Unethical decisions made by upper management. For example, dealing with a victim who filed a harassment complaint by deciding to lay them off the very same day you tell them to their face that, "you are very sorry this incident occurred and it will be fully investigated." Broken promises by management like a broken record.
