Indian dominant work place - everything is set up for their culture and habits, they are abusing each and every aspect of a workplace A general manager who thinks that he is on vacation all the time - always telling everybody `you should sort this out between you` makes you say `sorry but aren't you the general manager?` Very funny annual salary increases - my last one was 390 AED Toxic and hypocritical work environment - nobody is fired, once I was really under the toxication of another colleague she threw away each and every ethics value of a workplace but HR and GM - of course - did not do anything about that employee
