      - Stable - People are friendly

      Cons

      - Pay is low and adjustements are bare minimum, with time you end up with a way lower purchasing power than at start, - Management can feel from the XIX century, - Not the best place for creative or innovative people.

      Building outdated, training was unorganized and inconsistent. New employee expectations are unrealistic. The supervisor was a micro manager with a narcissistic personality. I've never experienced anyone so rude and entitled. Someone stated, "dont let her push you out". That was a RED FLAG.. So, to survive you'll need to demonstrate a high tolerance to criticism. There was absolutely zero praise just criticism. I was highly disappointed, and shocked. Especially coming from a corporate environment. I couldn't run out of this place fast enough.. My advice is Stay Away!!!

      If you also work from another state, you must come to the Main office in Houston for Work. There is no excuse for this.
