Pros

Insurance and benefits, but in reality the employee is really paying for these.

Cons

Low pay, days off behind for amount of hours worked. Older managers are intimidated by the young because of fresh ideas these people generate. Definitely office personal are sub par for the jobs. Promotions are based on the buddy system not on their qualifications. Laid back attitude in office. And NO I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Vacation time was the only good thing

Cons

Benefits are expensive, I pay less where I am now. No growth whatsoever, it was a dead end job working there, management doesn't support the value of the employees and career growth, they only care about the productivity and look past your potential. Pay is poor, bonuses and pay increases are promised but never delivered, their excuse is not enough revenue produced. If they didn't make enough for the year then that just tells you how bad the company is sustaining compared to their competitors who have shown innovation and growth. Overall, I've never been happy with my career and opportunities working there, until I left and found a better opportunity with a smaller company.

Pros

Somewhat fair starting pay. Good vacation time and holiday pay. Overtime is there if that's what you're looking for

Cons

Hardly any raise or good opportunities available. It usually takes 4-8 years to get a raise and it's not over 4%. Management is not good, no one there agrees with management's decisions in the direction they're headed, including supervisors. The schedule changes at minimum 4 times a year, so it's hard to keep obligations outside of work scheduled since they have to change according to how management changes the schedule often. No work life balance, you're working there half the day sometimes 6x a week. A lot of people have left the company because the cons outweigh the pros, including myself, found better opportunities.
