      Great to have on resume, exposure to different systems and softwares

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, narcissism, passive aggressive behavior. HR will treat employees like they’re disposable managers are treated with the most respect if you are a manager you are completely safe and you control everything if you are not then be ready to be disrespected and have mental breakdowns by how you’ll be treated with disrespect looked down upon, degraded. You will not be paid well 35 - 38k a year salary. The problem starts from the top. You will feel like you are in middle/ high school the way you are treated.

      This location is like a business being run out of the pickup truck. A lot of favoritism and discrimination. HORRIBLE MORAL They hold YOU, personally accountable for work that is not even your responsibility while you bust it to help as the ENTIRE management team sits in their office. One merit raise in three years. FAVORITISM. Corporate promotes from favorite people, not from the most qualified
