      you make bank alot of it just gotta stay focused you pretty much get vacation every two weeks or every month depending on your company and hitch

      All the hours that you could want (tons of overtime) Company truck with no gas/maintenance costs

      Cons

      No work/life balance on-call 24/7 with no set schedule outside of days off. 10 on, 4 off. Pay could be better with the level of knowledge and responsibility required to perform the job tasks required Management is often out of touch with field ops Completely reliant on good co-workers, otherwise, you will be gone a lot. Constantly evolving equipment with little to no training, so there is the expectation of figure it out as you go with little support Did i mention no work/life balance No room for advancement. Once in the field, you're likely to stay there. Plenty more cons, but ill keep the list short.
