      Pros

      Had a lot of freedom to learn and explore. I spent time in the shop talking to the different crews who helped me learn the details of all of the equipment serviced at our location.

      Cons

      My experience relied quite a bit on my own willingness to learn and explore the different products that we had at our location. Someone with a lack of direction may feel lost.

      Excellent experience, with excellent personnel. overall the employees are the ones that make the company. and the group that works within NOV is an excellent team

      it takes sometime embrace change and understands reasons for the change. the structure is made by excellent people but sometimes the sense of urgency is lost among the organization
