      Pros

      NOV is a very large company with good benefits. The company is large enough that they can negotiate prices on just about anything.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Abusive upper management. You must have 2 or 3 degrees to be competitive. They have no reservations of bringing in people from other countries into the U.S. to replace existing employees for half the pay. You must be willing to work day and night, at work and at home, whatever it takes. You must be available and reachable 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week. No excuses. You MUST be in the clique to survive.
