      Pros

      A lot of very talented and dedicated people who want to do the right thing. Pay is high, but not as high as it should be.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough of the types of people mentioned above to deal with the demand.

      Pros

      Working at Chemineer Dayton. Good 401K match. If you are not a good manager that's okay they will keep you anyway. You see they don't know the difference. If you are not a good machinist that's OK too. They will still keep you. If you don't want to work you don't have to.

      Cons

      There are only a few managers on the floor and in the office that knows what they are doing and they work their butt off. There are some good machinist here who work their butt off also. There's also a few machinist that don't know what they are doing and the foreman's can't help them because they don't know what they are doing.
