      One of the best places I've ever worked in terms of Work Environment & People > Managers tend to have an open door policy > Work utilizes true engineering knowledge: calculations, CAD, etc. > Combination of hands on and design experience > Opportunity to work in different business segments all over the world > Flexibility

      > A fair amount below the APEGA average manufacturing engineering salary > Work can sometimes seem repetitive, especially with some of the internal software > Lower than average vacation days/ no flex days > Have to be in the right group in order to advance well

      Benefits and pay are good for a company of this size. Comfortable culture and a low stress environment.

      Cons

      Large company with many seasoned veterans. Career path and direction are unknown. There is no known path for advancement. Seasoned veterans keep to themselves and are not inclusive of younger staff. Most people work with their nose down and there is little collaboration.
